This Farm Credit website is not directed towards children. Farm Credit does not intend to collect personally identifiable information from children without permission from the child’s parent or guardian. VENUE

Disputes arising from the use of this web site shall be exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of any federal or state court in the State of California.

SEVERABILITY

To the extent any portion of the Agreement and the Conditions of Use are determined to be unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such portion will be modified by the court solely to the extent necessary to cause such portion to be enforceable, and the Agreement and Conditions of Use, as so modified, shall remain in full force and effect.
