Country Home Loans
The Country Home Loan Program provides loans for purchasing or refinancing rural homes, lots and land, as well as loans to buy property and build a future home. The program is designed to promote rural development and farming isn’t a requirement. The team at GSFC works collaboratively with AgWest Farm Credit to provide three types of country home loans – Rural Home Loans, Land Loans and Construction Loans.
