Golden State Farm Credit Scholarship Program

Golden State Farm Credit is happy to announce that we are now accepting scholarship applications from graduating high school seniors, within our territories of service, going on to study agriculture at a college/university as a full time student.

Golden State Farm Credit is dedicated to helping young people achieve careers in farming and agriculture. Since 1993, Golden State Farm Credit has awarded over $308,000 in scholarships.

In order to be considered for the scholarship, all completed application packets must be received by April 3rd, 2019.

Scholarship eligibility typically includes:

  • Applicants must reside or attend /attended a high school within the chartered territory of Golden State Farm Credit, ACA, or have parents whom are customers of Golden State Farm Credit, ACA.
  • Golden State Farm Credit, ACA Scholarship applicants must graduate, or have graduated from high school, from September 2018 – June 2019.
  • Applicants must be entering a college/university as a full time student.
  • Applicants must be working towards a major related to agriculture.
  • Applicants must exhibit academic excellence with a minimum GPA of 2.5 on a 4.0 scale.
  • Applicants’ declared major must be directly related to agriculture.
