  • 401(k)/Pension Match

    We believe in your future, as you believe in the future of Golden State Farm Credit. We provide a fixed 3% contribution of your eligible compensation whether or not  you contribute. Additionally, we provide a dollar-for-dollar match of up to 6% of your contributions. Employees are fully vested after four years. 

  • Annual Incentive Plan

    Because your contribution and work matters, we want to recognize it. All employees have an opportunity to earn an incentive bonus for achieving Association goals and being recognized for their individual contributions.

    We offer our employees generous paid time off. For full-time employees, vacation accruals start at 8 hours per month, increasing based on years of service, and sick leave is provided at 10 hours per month.

Internship Opportunities

We strongly believe in investing in our employees and the future. We've developed an internship program that will expose college students to agriculture financing and appraisal in an effort to help them understand what a career opportunity would entail at Golden State Farm Credit.
