2026 Annual Meetings

Thank you to everyone who joined us for the Annual Meetings in April. If you were unable to join us, we hope that you will be able to participate in 2027.

2026 Elections

One member borrower has been nominated to fill the one open Board of Director position. The nominee, along with his background, business experience, and principal occupation for the past five years, is presented below. 

In accordance with regulatory requirements, the Nominating Committee undertook a thorough and diligent process to identify at least two willing and qualified director nominees for the open position. Committee members contacted multiple potential candidates within Region 2 (South) to assess their interest and eligibility. Despite these efforts, only one candidate agreed to be nominated for Seat No. 2. The individuals contacted who met the qualifications declined to be considered, primarily due to the time commitment required to serve on the Board of Directors.

Mr. Fry is an agricultural professional and full-time farmer with more than four decades of experience in California production agriculture. He retired in 2023 after a distinguished career as Vice President of Ag Operations for ofi (Olam), where he oversaw large scale specialty crop operations and strategic agricultural initiatives. Today, he continues his deep engagement in agriculture as a grower of tree fruit, pistachios, and walnuts. Mr. Fry farms in partnership with his wife, brother, and sister-in-law, operating a diversified tree and nut crop operation grounded in long-term stewardship and sustainable farming practices. 

Election Process

The ballots for the open Board of Director position and the 2027 Nominating Committee will be mailed to all voting stockholders on Tuesday, May 12th and the election will close on Wednesday, June 17th. Voting stockholders will be able to vote via mail ballot or online. All voting instructions will be included with the ballots. Please remember that regardless of the region where you farm, you can vote for the Board Member Nominees and Nominating Committee Nominees in both regions.
